The presentation of the Agreement for Innovation and Excellence of the Business Tourism Sector took place in Nerja’s town Hall recently. This is an agreement between Nerja’s town Council and the School for Business Organization, which is a branch of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism.
José Alberto Armijo (PP), town’s mayor has thanked the commitment of EOI to Nerja’s entrepreneurs in front of a large group of businessmen and at the same time, he has called to the local businessmen to involve themselves and collaborate in the development of the agreement that is designed for their qualification. Nerja’s mayor has reminded them that this agreement has been funded with 80.00 euros, and that it has a very interesting side, designed to help town’s university students that are unemployed.
José Alberto Armijo added that this agreement aims to fulfill two objectives. On the one hand, to strengthen our business tourism sector and on the other, to consolidate Nerja’s policy towards a model in which “we believe and commit, a model that aims to transfer a sustainable quality tourism model to Nerja’s town Hall”.
